computer was delivered and installed Wednesday afternoon.  Very
efficient service.  I am not very tech savvy so going out and buying a

“Appointment time was between 1-3 PM. arrived exactly at 1 PM. Was able to over come the same problems that I had by
using the wireless mode. This model just does NOT like hard wire in spite of the instructions. Tech was able to install and
remove all Mal-ware within 1 hr. Sorry that I wasted all day Saturday trying to install it myself, even with my superior
knowledge. Next time I get caught up spending more than 2 hrs on any computer problem I'll call this company.

“Arrived on time. Went right to work. cleaned up my computer taking out virus, speeding up the computer and fixed my
printer. Virus came back, he came back. Cleaned out the virus and installed an improved anti virus program free monthly
trial. Explained what the next step would be if virus returned again. It has been almost a month. No problems. Anti virus

and he was superb. If you are looking for someone to come fix your computer, these are your folks and Larry in particular.

“I wasn't able to get on the Internet on one of my computers. after spending about 2 hours on the phone with the cable
company and not solving the problem i called computer medics. Mike the tech came out the next day, he did some
troubleshooting and pinpointed the problem to an error in our anti-virus software. Mike corrected it and cleaned up the

“My external hard drive died with all of my pictures, music and documents. I had no back up. I took it to Best Buy where
they pretty much said it was dead and they would have to send it off and charge me $1500+ to disassemble it in a clean
room. It would be 3-4 weeks. We called Computer Medics. They came out the same day and took the hard drive to check
it out. They were able to recover the data the next day and charged me a fraction of what Best Buy quoted. I realize that
they didn't have to clean room it, but Best Buy wouldn't even try other options. I am so glad I looked around and called
them rather than caving in and paying Best Buy an arm and a leg. Great local service that was extremely quick.”

“I had a black screen on one hp laptop. I had been told by other laptop repair service that it was a motherboard issue and
it was not worth repairing. Triston, Computer medics , was very knowledge and was finally able to diagnose and fix.
I also had an old XP laptop that had some issues that made it very annoying to use. Triston also fixed that laptop. He was
very friendly and very informative. I will definitely use them again and I have already told my friends about them. He spent
about 2 hours working on them. I also got a discount because I had got there name from Angies List.”–Nancy B., Henderson
“Our laptop wasn't working, and we had received a couple of estimates that would require us to drop off the laptop for a
couple of days. We didn't feel comfortable with that idea, so we looked on Angies List and called Computer Medics. They were
competitively priced (even better with the Angies List discount!) and they restored our laptop to working order. Lawrence
was prompt and polite and very professional. He worked very hard to reload our computer information (it had been wiped by
a virus) including having to call the manufacturer since we no longer had the required disks. Not only did he restore our laptop,
he also saved the drives on our flash drive in case we need it for the future. He also recommended and installed a better
protection system (since our last one had failed so spectacularly). Before he left he also reinstalled the printer and asked if
there was anything else. He assured us if there were any other problems to call and they would assist us immediately.

“My hard drive failed and I called Computer Medics, based on the reviews and grades I read on Angie's List for the company.
The service tech was friendly, punctual and to the point. I had called around and all other companies told me they charged
about $99 per hour of service for laptop repair but Computer Medics charged only $79 per hour. My hard drive was damaged
too badly to be repaired in my home so the technician had to take it to the shop but was able to retrieve my data there, and
then he brought my laptop back to me. I liked how I didn't have to go anywhere and they don't charge for the travel time.
He initially came to my home on a Friday and by Monday the work was done. I recommend this company.”

“Mike sat down at my computer and addressed all of my concerns and answered all my questions. As it turned out, there
wasn't much to fix. Only some "tweaking" or fine tuning. Mike took his time to explain why he couldn't make my computer
work and do things that I wanted. Sometimes we would like to do things that just can't be done. He explained, for example,
why I couldn't delete certain items that I found "annoying" because certain files only work with other files. He also made
other things work the way I wanted. He was enormously patient as I tend to be "picky" about things. Mike was absolutely
professional and knowledgeable. He had done all he could do for me in about 20 minutes. Computer Medics charges a flat
rate for the first hour and after just 20 minutes Mike asked if I had any more questions for him. I said "Yes. Do you have a
busy day ahead of you?" He had finished what I had called for. Mike then started going from one program to another,
checking out files and generally checking out the whole system. It was so Unlike other people that have come to service
one thing or another and even when a flat fee is charged for an initial amount of time, if the job is taken care of quickly they
are gone. Mike gave the full hour of time paid for. The whole experience left me smiling. I truly felt that this was someone
who not only cared about fixing my computer, but this was someone who cared about the person who owned this computer.
A friend had referred a local person who fixes computers out of his garage. This person took my hard drove fixed the
problems that were occurring but failed to tell me that he had installed certain files and programs that I found to be at the
very least annoying and often disruptive. This person was unavailable right after he finished this job. Finding myself angry
and frustrated, I decided to join "Angie's List". It was the best decision I ever made. I chose Computer Medics from the list
and called the next morning. The voice that answered my call was just as pleasant as one could expect. I told her that I
had found them on Angie's List" and she told me that I would get a discount off their service rate. She said that she had a
technician in my area, that he was presently at a service call and that she would call me as soon as he was finished and
on his way to my house. I told that was fine. Within 5 minutes she called back and said the another technician had just
called and that he too was in my area. She asked if Mike could come over now. That was fine. Mike rang my bell about
5 minutes later. He was most pleasant, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to my questions and
concerns. He explained why could make certain things work the way I wanted and why he couldn't make other things
do what I wanted. His patience with me being a very picky person was amazing. Overall I would have to say
WONDERFUL, GREAT, etc. Would I call them again? No doubt about it. Absolutely YES!!!”–June H., Henderson
“Wonderful. They've very good. It didn't take long to get an appointment set up with them. He was right on time.
My computer had a really bad virus and he was able to repair it. I had been on the line with Microsoft a couple of times
and they couldn't make the repair remotely. They were very good about it. He cleaned my computer right up, he made
a lot of little adjustments for me. It took almost an hour and a half. They were reasonably priced for their performance.
Their price seems to be competitive for their performance, and I thought it was very good for the service I received.

“We used Computer Medics several years ago to set up our new computers for us. We use the same company - not that we
get the same technician each time - for any kind of work. The last time they were here, they cleaned up a bunch of stuff and
installed new anti-virus software for us.They are a wonderful company. They charge for the first hour but after that they
charge us by the half hour. This is nice because you are not paying for 2 or 3 hours when they are here for an hour and a
half. They are clean, fast and always on time, and they do their work. I would rate them highly and would continue to use
